This damaged disused railway bridge was repaired using a system of helical stainless steel masonry reinforcement. The repair was carried-out by Hydra Technical Services, a division of Topbond plc Group.
HTS completed the works to a bespoke design approved by Mouchel Parkman to take the bridge up to its original design loading, although traffic will now be mostly pedestrian when the railway line is re-opened as a footpath. Offered as a total service solution, the repair is warranted against failure of design, materials, and installation.
