Broadmead Renaissance Cast Stone was approached by Szerelmey Ltd to supply reconstructed stone elements in a colour and finish to match the natural Portland stone ashlar walling being supplied and fixed by themselves on the ground floor of a new prestige office block in Mayfair London. This consisted of window surrounds, band course and cornices to the upper floors and roof levels.
Reconstructed stone was chosen for the surrounds and cornices as it was a cost effective way of achieving a close colour match with the Natural Portland Stone and the Portland Colour Curtain Walling.
